There was a time when Varun Barnwal used to work in a puncture shop in Dunak, Cycle. Actually, Varun Barnwal hails from Boisar, a small town in Maharashtra. Varun Barnwal had secured 32nd position in the Union Public Service Commission examination in the year 2013. Talking about himself, Varun Barnwal says that the condition of his house was not so good that he could read. There was always a shortage of money.

Varun Baranwal told that his father used to work in a bicycle shop in a puncture shop when he completed his 10th standard, he made up his mind that I would now work with my father at a bicycle shop Because there was no money for further studies. Varun Barnwal says that in 2006, after giving his Class 10 exam, the father died three days after the exam was over. He was not alive to hear that I topped 10th. Varun Barnwal says that after seeing my results, my mother said that you will work by studying.
There was no money to pay the fees, then Dr. Bhir, who treated his father, also paid
Varun says that the time of 11th-12th was the most difficult for him. Varun Barnwal further states that there used to be only one good school near his house for admission in his 10th, but he needed a donation of Rs 10,000 for taking admission in that, after which I told my mother that there is no money. I stay for 1 year. I will enrol next year. Varun Barnwal says that after this, those doctors who used to treat my father had paid my fees.
Completed IAS studies in friends, continued to pay fees
Varun Barnwal further explained that I have never spent even 1 rupee on my studies. My friends and their parents have paid for my college fees, which I will be thankful for all my life. Varun Barnwal wanted to become a successful IAS officer from the beginning, after which he started preparing for UPSC. He had only four months to prepare for the prelims, after which he was helped by his brother. When the result of UPSC prelims came, Varun was ranked 32 in it. Varun is successful today, but without the help of friends, this success was impossible for him.
