In these years, Sumit was also studying and working with a job. He had his own reasons for not leaving the job, but because of this he always prepared by facing additional pressure. Sumit’s duty time was from 8.30 am to 6 pm. In such a situation, apart from weekends, he had only five to six hours of his day to study. At the same time, he used to take his time and prepare himself.

During an interview, Sumit Kumar Rai said about his journey that he used to get up at four in the morning. Then he used to study for two to three hours before going to office. After that, after reading from office, he used to read these same hours. Whatever used to be good preparation, it used to be done on weekends, which they used to take full advantage of.
