The UK Foreign Office is supporting the household of a British lady after a scuba diving tour boat reportedly capsized off the coast of Thailand.
Millie Young, 57, reportedly from Brighton, and a feminine Thai crew member went lacking close to the Ko Torinla island, within the Andaman Sea, native media reported.
The journey was being organised by the Sawan Tour firm, information web site Khaosod reported.
Around 18 passengers had been believed to be on board on the time, 16 of which have been rescued.
In a press release to Sky News, a Foreign Office spokesperson mentioned: “We are supporting the family of a British woman and are in contact with the local authorities after an incident in Thailand.”
Officials mentioned inflatable boats and a helicopter have been used as a part of the search, in response to Khaosod.

They imagine the pair could have been swept as much as 111km away from the boat – referred to as the Reggae Queen – by robust currents.
