An organization has been fined £100,000 after one among its workers was noticed working at peak whereas stood on a wood pallet raised up by a forklift truck.
The employee was a part of a staff of three who have been eradicating heavy gear from the deck of a ship in Ramsgate Harbour, Kent, in July final yr.

The firm pleaded responsible at Maidstone Magistrates’ Court to breaching Section 4(1) of the Work at Height Regulations 2005.
