A 15-year-old boy has been arrested on suspicion of homicide over the demise of 16-year-old Harry Pitman in north London on New Year’s Eve.
Harry was fatally stabbed on Primrose Hill at round 11.40pm on Sunday 31 December whereas ready to look at a firework show.
Separately an 18-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of affray, police stated.
A 16-year-old boy who was arrested on the scene on suspicion of homicide has been subsequently launched on bail pending additional enquiries.
Harry was with a bunch of pals close to Primrose Hill’s viewing platform when he grew to become concerned in “an altercation that would have devastating consequences,” police stated.
The Metropolitan Police have stated there isn’t any proof that Harry’s killing was gang-related.

Earlier, Harry’s older sister Tayla, 19, stated in a TikTok video that her brother was a “good boy” who had a “heart of gold” and wouldn’t have been concerned in violence.
She stated: “We’re already grieving as it is and now, on top of that, we’ve got people saying that our baby boy, who’s a victim, an innocent victim, his death was warranted because it was gang-related when it wasn’t.
“I simply need everybody to know that Harry was a superb boy, and he would by no means damage anybody.”
She added: “Harry was not in any approach form or type concerned with any gangs or anybody who may trigger hassle.
“He’s not ever been in trouble with the police and people are making it out like Harry died because he did something wrong, when my brother’s the victim here.
