Facebook Bug Hacker
Facebook has rewarded an Indian hacker with a reward of Rs 22 lakh. This reward has been given to the hacker because the hacker detected a flaw in the Instagram app. With the help of this bug, anyone could view archive posts, stories, reels and IGTV without following the user. This was possible even if your profile was private. Solapur-based Mayur Fartade, who has C++, Python skills, was able to spot the bug that allowed hackers to view targeted media on Instagram.
This bug was so dangerous that it could expose private photos of anyone, including private and archived posts, stories, reels and media IDs. In a detail post, the hacker informed that the attacker can store photos and videos. At the same time, the data of the users could be read easily.
In the blog post, the hacker further explained that, an attacker can easily regenerate valid cdn url from archive stories and posts. At the same time, with the help of brute forcing media ID, the attacker could store anyone’s information. That is, after collecting all the information from Instagram, this attacker could also hack your Facebook account.
