According to the report of DigiTimes, Apple company MacBook Pro with M2 silicon chip will be launched on March 8. The report also informed that Apple’s supply chain partners continued production of the upcoming MacBook Pro during the Lunar New Year holidays.
Citing sources in the report, it has been said that the Apple company may launch some new devices in early March, this could include the new MacBook Pro with the latest M2 processor, the budget iPhone SE 3 5G and the new iPad. Apart from the processor, the new MacBook Pro will reportedly have almost all the same specifications as the current MacBook Pro model, which is equipped with the M1 chip.
However, the size of the upcoming MacBook Pro has not been given in the report. The current MacBook Pro comes in 13-inch variants with M1 processor. At present, no official information related to this has been revealed, so this news can only be considered as a rumour.
In another report, Apple analyst Mark Gurman has informed that the Apple company can bring the updated 13-inch MacBook Pro model in the second half of the year 2022. Earlier, the company would have released MacBook models with M1 Pro and M1 Max processors.
Apple’s updated MacBook Pro model with M2 processor may come with the updated MacBook Air, which is said to be equipped with Apple’s new processor.
