According to these orders, he has now filed an application seeking permission to go to Dubai till March 20.
It was told on behalf of his lawyer that the petitioner has taken permission from the court from time to time even before this. The conditions of bail have never been violated. All the conditions laid down by the court have been followed. Therefore, due to the event being held in Dubai at this time also, a request was made to the court to grant permission.
not cooperating with the investigation
Opposing the application, the investigating officer said that orders have been issued by Magistrate First Class Justice-5 to record the voice sample of the petitioner Honey Singh. In this context, a letter was issued to him on January 10, in which he was asked to be present before the police on January 25. But by e-mail, the petitioner had expressed his inability.
Since the petitioner is not cooperating in the investigation and if he is allowed to go abroad, he may not even be present in the court, so the court was asked to reject the application. They are also ready to provide voice samples. After the arguments of both the parties, the court issued the said order.
