Nashik : Municipal Commissioner Kailash Jadhav has directed the Town Planning Department of the Nashik Municipal Corporation to build 4000 and above Square Meters after 2014. Gather information about Residential Projects.
Kailash Jadhav has given this direction after allegations that it has been alleged that some plots where financially weak people are being used for residential and commercial projects. In November 2013, the state government made 20% reservation for the economically poor section mandatory for housing projects. This rule is for those projects where the house is built on land of 4000 and more square meters and the population there is up to 10 lakhs.

It is also mandatory for builders and other housing projects where 20% of the completed houses are to be given to the economically weaker section. After preparing this flat, it has to be given to MHADA. Kailash Jadhav told that he has instructed the officials to collect information about how many such projects have been approved after 2014. After the completion of the construction work, a certificate of completion of the construction work is given by the Municipal Corporation. It is mandatory to obtain NOC from MHADA for projects of 4000 or more square meters.
