Pune: The Mumbai-Kolhapur flight service resumed from Kolhapur airport on Monday after a gap of three months. The official Twitter handle of Kolhapur airport tweeted that the fly to jet Mumbai-Kolhapur-Mumbai has resumed successfully with 23 pax arrivals and 13 departures. Thanks to all the passengers and well wishers for their cooperation.
Kolhapur Airport Director Kamal Kumar Kataria said that due to some problems on the part of flight operators, the service was closed for the last two-three months, otherwise the airport was already ready to start the service again. He said that Kolhapur airport is ready to start services to other destinations in the coming days. According to Kataria Mumbai-Kolhapur-Mumbai air service has always received very good response and expressed confidence that it will continue to get good response from passengers.

Approval from BCAS to start cargo service
