Mumbai, The 10th and 12th examinations (SSC and HSC Exam) are going to be held offline only. Along with this, the 10th and 12th examinations will be held on the scheduled time. This information has been given by Sharad Gosavi, Chairman of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education while talking to the media.
Sharad Gosavi has informed that the written offline examination of class 10th will be conducted from March 15 to April 4. Its category, performance, oral test, internal assessment will be held from 25 February to 14 March 2022. At the same time, the written examination of class 12th will be held from March 4 to 30 and the category, practical, oral examination and internal assessment examination will be held from March 14 to 3. In case of any unavoidable reason, students will be given another chance.
This time in the Maharashtra Education Board exam, half an hour more time will be given to the paper of 70 to 80 marks and 15 minutes more time will be given to the paper of 40 to 60 marks. If you miss the opportunity to take the exam due to Corona, you will be given the opportunity to take the exam again from 31st March to 18th April. At the same time, if there are less than 15 students, then the nearest college will be the examination center.

Sharad Gosavi said, 16 lakh 25 thousand 311 applications have been received for class 10th and 14 lakh 72 thousand 565 applications have been received for class 12th. The total number of students is 31 lakhs and with such a large number of students it is not possible to take the exam online. The supplementary exam is to be held in July. It is worth noting that the corona vaccine is not mandatory for the 10th and 12th class examinations.
Examination center / sub-centre will be made available in the school for the examination. So the students will be able to take the written test only in those schools where they are studying. Sharad Gosavi has said that this will give them a familiar environment while taking the exam. Due to the 25 percent cut in the syllabus due to Corona, the written exam has been conducted on 75 percent syllabus. Special concessions will be given to disabled students as per the existing system.
A separate room has been made in the center in case students have any kind of medical problem during the examination. There will be a separate examination hall for the students who fall ill due to corona. If a student shows symptoms during the examination, he/she will be allowed to take the examination in a separate room. Necessary medical assistance will also be provided at the examination center through the nearest health centre.
During this, students will have to be present at the examination center at least one to one and a half hours before. Also the question paper will be given 10 minutes in advance.
