The mother and father of the 14-year-old Everett woman who’s in a coma after she was struck by a automobile in a Chelsea car parking zone have filed a lawsuit in opposition to the motorist accused of driving erratically and crashing into the woman.
Watertown man Ceserino Borelli, 44, was arrested and charged final week after he allegedly hit 14-year-old Milena Tene whereas she was strolling along with her father by way of a pot store car parking zone in Chelsea.
Now, Milena’s household has filed a civil lawsuit in opposition to Borelli for the alleged crash. The woman is in a medically induced coma following the incident.
In the civil lawsuit, Borelli is accused of negligent driving — which is likely one of the prison prices in opposition to him.
“Milena Tene, a kind and ambitious 14-year-old who loves to swim and enjoys music and photography, dreams of becoming a nurse or a veterinarian.
