Masala Chicken Recipe
To make chicken curry, first wash the chicken thoroughly. After this, put some oil in a pan or fry pen and after the oil is well heated, add the chicken to it. Now add the curd to the pen along with the chicken. Add a little turmeric and salt as well. This will not cause the chicken to fade. After adding the curd to the chicken, fry it until the curd is completely dry. While the curd dries in the chicken, add oil to a separate pen.
After the oil is hot, add standing garam masala and cook onion, ginger, garlic paste and tomato puree, add red chilli, turmeric, coriander powder. If you like spicy food, then according to this you can add red chilli to curry.
Now cook the spices well until it is cooked well i.e. till the oil comes up. If you do not cook the spices well, its aroma can reduce the taste of your chicken curry.
After the masala is well cooked, add chicken, which we have already fried, and bake it with spices. Pour 1 cup of water lightly into it and in the last add green coriander leaves. Chicken curry is ready.
