Footage reveals a pensioner combating with masked youths who’ve allegedly been focusing on his dwelling for almost a 12 months.
West Midlands Police have stated they’re investigating after two CCTV clips have been shared on-line which present a gang focusing on the property of Roy Muller, 76, in Great Barr, Birmingham, 5 days aside.
The first video was captured simply earlier than 10.30am on 11 August and reveals one of many younger males operating down Mr Muller’s driveway with what seems to be a weapon in his hand.
The pensioner then confronts him exterior his entrance door earlier than grappling with him and chasing him up the drive.
The masked youth falls over earlier than swinging an object at Mr Muller because the pensioner kicks him.

Mr Muller, a former Birmingham City Council employee, was reportedly left with solely minor accidents after the assault.
A second clip, captured at round 5.40pm on 15 August, reveals two masked youths swearing at Mr Muller from the highest of his driveway.
The pensioner then warns the youths, “you’d better clear off” earlier than they stroll away.

He stated: “It started last October, the first time it happened I thought a car was coming through the house it was that loud, the banging.
“But then it carried on, and later they have been carrying masks. The longest time I’ve been with out it’s a month, it may be each day. It’s simply getting worse and worse.
“It can be twice a day. I’m hoping to catch them and call the police. On Thursday he was trying to hit my glasses, then he called his mate over and they both ran.
“I’ve obtained a minimize on my ear and some aches and pains, however nothing I can not cope with. The police say ignore them, however they should kind them out. The police should’ve been right here 5 occasions in the previous few weeks.”

Mr Muller’s daughter Natalie Cox posted the clips of the two August incidents from her Twitter account.
The pensioner had a heart attack last year, and his family are concerned the stress may bring on another one.
West Midlands Police said in a statement: “We’re investigating after receiving reviews of a person in his 70s being the sufferer of assault and harassment in Great Barr.
“We fully understand how distressing this is and are looking to safeguard the man while progressing enquiries to establish those responsible.”
