A person has died in a suspected taking pictures in east Manchester.
Police have stated they consider the 32-year-old was killed in a focused assault.
The man was pronounced lifeless on the scene on Welland Street in Manchester at about 2pm on Saturday, Greater Manchester Police stated.
The pressure added it’s believed he died on account of gunshot wounds.
A 33-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of homicide and officers are looking a second man who is assumed to have escaped in a automobile.
The pressure has requested anybody who has cellular or CCTV footage that may assist the investigation to contact them.

Detective Superintendent Simon Hurst stated: “Firstly, my thoughts are with the victim’s family and friends at this extremely difficult time.
“We are within the early levels of our investigation, and a workforce of officers are working extraordinarily arduous to know a complete timeline of occasions that can assist us piece collectively what has occurred this afternoon.
“Though we believe this was a targeted attack, we recognise that incidents of this nature will understandably cause concern in communities across Greater Manchester.”
DS Hurst added there’ll now be a rise of extremely seen law enforcement officials within the space over the approaching days.
