A person has been charged with the homicide of 87-year-old Thomas O’Halloran, who was stabbed to dying on his mobility scooter.
Lee Byer, 44, of Allenby Avenue, Southall, west London, will seem at Willesden Magistrates’ Court right this moment, after being arrested on Thursday.
Mr O’Halloran was attacked on a highway in close by Greenford on Tuesday afternoon.
