A 20-year-old man has been sentenced to life with a minimal of 18 years in jail for his brother’s homicide.
Tyler Lindley pleaded responsible to murdering 22-year-old brother Cameron at a home in Treforis, close to Ammanford in Carmarthenshire, on 8 September final yr.
He was sentenced at Swansea Crown Court on Thursday.
Lindley, from Cimla, Neath, was handed a sentence of life imprisonment and can serve a minimal of 18 years.
Defence barrister Ignatius Hughes KC had argued the defendant’s psychological well being “played a role” within the homicide.
Following Cameron Lindley’s loss of life, his household mentioned they have been “devastated at the sudden loss of a dear grandson, son, brother and uncle”.
