A five-year-old Israeli lady has returned to nursery for the primary time since being launched from Hamas captivity.
Emilia Aloni and her mom Daniel had been taken hostage by Hamas in Nir Oz on 7 October whereas visiting Emilia’s aunt, Sharon Aloni-Cunio.
The three members of the family, along with Sharon’s three-year-old twins Emma and Yuli and their father David Cunio – had been launched within the transient ceasefire on the finish of November.

Israel’s ministry of schooling shared a video of Emilia’s first day again at her kindergarten on X, previously Twitter, including, “there is nothing more exciting than this”.
The video reveals her being embraced by classmates and a member of workers.
At 11am throughout Hamas’s assault on the kibbutz, Daniel despatched a “last message” to her household which stated there have been terrorists in the home and he or she was afraid they might not survive.
Daniel and Emilia spent a complete of 49 days in captivity.
They had been two of 23 Israeli hostages launched on 24 November.
In a letter revealed after they had been launched, Daniel thanked Hamas “for the many hours you spent as caregivers” and stated she and her daughter had been taken care of.

But her cousin, Liam Adam, referred to as the letter “propaganda” and urged followers to not consider it.
Ruthy Munder, 78, was taken into captivity by Hamas and stated she spent the whole thing of her time together with her daughter, Keren, and grandson, Ohad Munder-Zichri, who celebrated his ninth birthday in captivity.
Speaking to Israel’s Channel 13, she stated they initially had been fed “chicken with rice, all sorts of canned food and cheese” and slept on plastic chairs.
But she then stated “the economic situation was not good, and people were hungry” as they had been held hostage.
