Russia-Ukraine War Updates: The news of relief between Russia and Ukraine war is that Indians trapped in Sumi have been evacuated safely. The Indian Ministry of External Affairs has issued a statement regarding this. However, citizens of many countries are still trapped there. The Government of India has so far evacuated thousands of students from Ukraine by running Operation Ganga. Students being evacuated from war-torn areas are also praising the Modi government. In the midst of all this, a student from the neighboring country of Pakistan has also praised the Indian government and PM Modi.
It is to be known that Asma Shafiq, a Pakistani student trapped in Ukraine, has been rescued by India from the war-torn area. This is the reason why Asma is seen praising the Indian Embassy in Kyiv and Prime Minister Modi. Its video has also surfaced. He has also thanked PM Modi.

According to the report, Indian officials have rescued Asma safely, currently she is on her way to western Ukraine. Asma is going to meet her family soon.
It may be noted that earlier Union Minister Hardeep Singh Puri said in a statement that all 694 Indian students trapped in Sumi have been evacuated. Actually the government of Ukraine had made a safe corridor, after which the Indian students were evacuated from there.
