The peace process has been cold for a long time between Israel and Palestine. In such a situation, Kuwait has said that India and the world community should help in starting it again. Kuwait Foreign Minister Ahmed Nasser al-Mohammed al-Sabah said that being put in such a freeze of the peace process between Israel and Palestine would end its possible development.
Kuwaiti Foreign Minister al-Sabah has arrived in India. He held a press conference before meeting his Indian counterpart S Jaishankar here. During this, he commented on the importance of India in the peace process of Israel-Palestine. He said that his meeting with S. Jaishankar on Thursday will focus on comprehensive cooperation between Kuwait and India. A framework will be prepared for the two countries to move forward on issues like food security, trade and investment.
The entire international community, including India, should support the peace process
Al-Sabah said, we think the peace process is very important. We feel that this is the right time when the peace process between Israelis and Palestinians should be resumed. If we leave it hanging like this, then it will affect the development in this direction. He said that the entire international community, including India, should support it. We feel that this issue has been around for a long time and has created a lot of bloodshed. Importantly, it has caused disappointment in the region and among Palestinians. Let us support the peace process. Also, it is necessary to start it again to bring hope back to the affected people in the region.
Praised India for helping in Corona’s difficult times
The Kuwaiti Foreign Minister praised Kuwait for standing with India in its darkest moments and sorrow. He also underlined the medical assistance provided by India when it reached the peak of the COVID-19 epidemic last year.
