A prison investigation has been launched into the dying of a lady hit by a Metropolitan Police motorcyclist escorting the Duchess of Edinburgh.
Helen Holland, aged 81, sustained severe accidents within the collision in Earl’s Court, west London, on 10 May. She died in hospital two weeks later.
