A Highland councillor was caught on digital camera poised to scrub a front room window throughout a gathering being streamed on-line.
Glynis Campbell Sinclair was participating remotely within the City of Inverness Area committee assembly on Monday when she failed to show her laptop digital camera off after making a degree about funding for brand new colleges and the native authority’s dire price range state of affairs.
The Inverness provost was seen holding a material in entrance of the digital camera and carrying a basin of water to a close-by window throughout the closing 20 minutes of the almost three-hour session.
After rearranging a plant and turning a light-weight on, the SNP councillor for Culloden and Ardersier appeared to obtain a cellphone name that introduced her working again to the pc.
The digital camera was then rapidly switched off.
Councillor Campbell Sinclair was contacted for remark.
A Highland Council spokesperson stated: “It is not appropriate for us to comment on the conduct of councillors.”
