Those who play games on the smartphone will be familiar with PUBG Mobile. How popular this game is, it can be guessed that so far it has been downloaded 100 million times outside of China. PUBG has achieved this feat within just three years of its launch. It was launched worldwide in 2018. China’s tech company and world’s largest gaming company Tencent informed that PUBG has crossed 100 million download levels outside of China. In terms of downloads, the game is now behind only Kiloo Games Subway Surfers and Candy Crush Saga of King Digital Entertainment. PUBG is banned in India.

PUBG has touched the 100 crore mark in terms of downloads but still it is behind two games. Next to PUBG is the Candry Crush Saga of Kiloo Games Subway Surfers and King Digital Entertainment. Tencent, the company to launch PUBG, is the world’s largest gaming company and has the highest revenue in the world. Another popular game of this company is Peacekeeper Elite. Apart from the downloads record, the company gave another information that its revenue increased by 29 percent in the fourth quarter (October-December 2020).
