This new order came in Pimpri Chinchwad
In the midst of all this, the Municipal Commissioner of Pimpri Chinchwad has now issued a new order regarding the celebration of Christmas and New Year. Under which now any person is found violating the guidelines of the state government on Corona, then a case will be registered against him under section 188 of the IPC, which also has a provision for punishment.

How are the restrictions for Christmas and New Year’s celebrations?
- Now if 1000 people are coming for your Christmas and New Year party in Mumbai or other parts of the state, then you have to get its due approval.
- According to the capacity of the hall or space, only 50% of the people are allowed in the party of New Year or Christmas celebration.
- If a program is happening in an open space, then 25% people are allowed there according to the capacity.
- If more than 1000 people are going to come in an open space, then its approval will have to be taken first.
- Only those people who have received both doses of the vaccine will be allowed to go to the public place.
- Only fully vaccinated people can now travel by public transport.
- Where the venue of the party or any event is, it is now necessary for the staff to be fully vaccinated.
- Along with this, you will also have to follow the necessary protocols like wearing a mask in the hall or space, maintaining distance and keeping cleanliness.
