Through a press release, Flipkart has announced that the Sell Back program has been started from February 14. According to the company, this program can be accessed through the Flipkart app, which you will see as a new option in the bottom bar of the app. However, this function is not yet verified by Gadgets 360. The e-commerce platform has announced that the new buyback program currently only covers smartphones, but will include other categories in the future.
The Flipkart Sell Back program will be available on all smartphones, whether you have bought that phone from Flipkart or not. The program has been made live in 1,700 pincodes in India, which includes major cities like Delhi, Kolkata, Patna. After selling their used phones on Flipkart, users will receive e-vouchers, which will be equipped with “right buy-back value”.
The user selling the smartphone will be asked three simple questions, on the answer of which the customers will be shown the exact price of their phone. Once confirmed by the customer, a Flipkart executive will reach the smartphone to pick-up you within 48 hours. The e-voucher will be given to the customer after the product is verified by the e-commerce company.
