Chinese brand dominated in festive season, sold more than 20 lakh smartphones in 5 days

Xiaomi India on Wednesday announced that it has sold over 20 lakh smartphones across all channels in the 5 days of the festive sale. In the premium segment, Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G and Mi 11X series got maximum demand. After this, along with Redmi Note 10S and Redmi Note 10 Pro, the Redmi 9 series are in the mid-value segment.

Continuing the brand’s legacy, Diwali With Mi brings exciting discounts and offers on Mi.com, the Great Indian Shopping Festival on Amazon and The Big Billion Days on Flipkart and offline channels, the company said in a statement. On the back of a strong product portfolio, the company has registered a growth of 10x in the premium segment (below 20 thousand) over the last year.

1 lakh smart TVs sold in less than 3 days

Xiaomi India is offering bank offers for customers as well as deals on products across categories like Mi 11X, Mi 10i, Redmi Note 10 series, Redmi 9 series. Earlier, the brand announced that it has sold 1 lakh smart TVs in less than 3 days of the festival sale. Backed by a strong product portfolio, the company has registered a massive 53x jump in the demand for 4K TVs.

During the first wave of Diwali sales, 8 of the top 10 best-selling smart TVs listed on Amazon were from the house of Mi and Redmi. Redmi Smart TV 50 inch, Mi TV 4A 32 inch, Mi TV 5X 43 inch have seen the highest demand from customers.

The company recently launched Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G

Xiaomi has recently launched a new smartphone Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G. It comes with an AMOLED display, triple rear cameras, a Snapdragon 778G chipset and a 4,250mAh battery with fast-charging support. This device will be available in two variants – 6 GB + 128 GB for Rs 26,999 and 8 GB + 128 GB for Rs 28,999. The Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G phone will be available from Mi.com, Amazon.in, Mi Home and Mi Studio, and authorized retail partners. It will come in four color options – Diamond Dazzle, Tuscany Coral, Jazz Blue, Vinyl Black.
