Coming off a second straight final place end, the Boston Red Sox are reportedly making a sequence of adjustments to their on-field teaching employees.
According to Alex Speier of the Boston Globe, the Red Sox have fired pitching coach Dave Bush and third base coach/infield teacher Carlos Febles. Both coaches have been staples of the Red Sox employees via nearly all of supervisor Alex Cora’s tenure however oversaw elements of the membership that fell wanting expectations this previous season.
Bush took over as Red Sox pitching coach in October of 2019 and served within the function for the final 4 seasons.
