Why Pakistan captain Babar Azam did away with Pakistani coach, PCB does not want foreign coach ‘because’ Pakistan cricket team has had a wonderful last year. The Pakistani team played the ‘ICC T20 WORLD CUP-2021’ semi-final under the leadership of the team’s strong captain Babar Azam. Babar’s Lashkar won 5 consecutive matches in the T20 World Cup tournament and made it to the top 4 battle.
Talking about Test cricket, Babar Azam’s team performed brilliantly last year. The latest picture is telling that Pakistan’s Test team can become No. In this context, Babar Azam and Mohammad Rizwan, the captains of the Pakistan cricket team, want the coach of the team to be a foreigner. Both these players and the current coach of the team, Saqlain Mushtaq Coach Pakistan Cricket Team, have placed their demand in front of the board. PCB Chairman Ramiz Raja himself has confirmed this matter. But, to make the Test team number-1, he has made a different plan.
PCB Chief Ramiz Raja said, “I had discussions with Babar Azam, Saqlain Mushtaq and Mohammad Rizwan about the coach. All three want foreign coaches in the team’s dressing room. But, I have a slightly different view on this matter. I believe that a local coach must accompany the team on foreign tours. You need a foreign coach only to keep the dressing room environment right.
Desi coach important for overseas tour
PCB Chief Rameez Raja said about the recent performance of Pakistan cricket team that during Bangladesh (Bangladesh vs Pakistan Test Series, 2021) and West Indies series (West Indies vs Pakistan Test Series, 2021) our target was that Do not add more technical coach than necessary with the team. We wanted to see how players can fight tough situations on their own. Unless you can deal with difficult situations without any support, you cannot have a sense of greatness.”
