Due to which there was unseasonal rain everywhere in the district during the night on Sunday and today on Monday. Due to which hundreds of hectares of rabbi crops have been badly damaged. Earlier, unseasonal rains had snatched away the crop that came in the Kharif season. Now the eyes of the farmers have become moist due to the unseasonal rains continuing on the rabbi crops.
The farmers of the district are sometimes seen facing drought and sometimes drought. In such a situation, unseasonal rains are adding to the problems of the farmers. During the rainy season, dry clouds are visible in the form of unseasonal rain, taking the form of Rudra for the last few days. A few days ago, there was an outcry in some areas due to rain accompanied by hail.
After this the unseasonal rain had stopped for a few days. In such a situation, the unseasonal rain returned again on Sunday night. During 10 o’clock on Sunday, there was heavy rain with lightning. There was heavy rain in many places of Tehsil including Gadchiroli city. At the same time, there was unseasonal rain at many places including Dhanora, Chamorshi, Armori tehsil.
Many crops of the rabbi season have been damaged due to this rain. In the last fortnight, unseasonal rains are seen taking the fire test of the farmers. The situation is going to remain here for the next few days. Due to which there is panic among the rabbi producing farmers of the district. During this, the district administration has not yet given orders to the revenue administration regarding the Panchnama, due to which the inspection of the damage has not been done so far.
Tur, gram crops were given a massive blow
In this year’s rabbi season, the district had the aim of sowing on 22 thousand hectares. Out of this a broader purpose has been served. These crops include vegetable crops along with crops like Lakholi, Gram, Ulad, Moong, Vatana, Popat, Barabati, Tur, Kardai etc. The above crops have come on the spring.
