Lucknow: Union Minister Anurag Thakur on Sunday attacked the SP, claiming that the public is completely upset with the Samajwadi Party. He said that on March 10, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav will say that ‘Ab ki baar phir ek electronic voting machine (EVM)’ is unfaithful. Talking to reporters, Thakur said, “This is not the new SP, it is the same SP, with which the people are completely upset. Now on March 10, SP chief Akhilesh Yadav ji will say that now EVM is unfaithful.”
It is noteworthy that Akhilesh Yadav has often been questioning the reliability of electronic voting machines. Taking a jibe at the SP’s promise of 300 units of free electricity, Thakur said, “In the SP government, electric wires were used to dry clothes. During whose tenure it was difficult to get electricity even for 300 hours in a month, if they talk about giving 300 units of free electricity, then there is doubt. How can the public trust those who gave goondaraj, corruption and rioting to the state.

He said that if we look at the first list of SP alliance, those whom it has given ticket are not SP candidates, they are people who attack the expectations of the people. Some of them are in jail and some are on bail. Thakur said the full meaning of SP’s IT cell is ‘Income from Terror’, which has goons and rioters like Ateeq, Yunus Khan and Nahid Hasan, due to which industrialists, businessmen and common people had to migrate.
Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath not only ran a bulldozer on the mafia, goons and rioters in the state, but also gave a circle of protection to the people of the state.
