Lakhandur, Under the local self-government organization elections, the voting process has been completed in two phases for 35 candidates under zip, puns and np in the tehsil. However, as soon as the voting process is completed, the counting of votes is going on on January 19. Due to which the fate of 35 candidates locked in the EVM machine under Zip, Puns and Nap is being opened today. On which the eyes of the public including the total voters of the tehsil are fixed.
Voting complete for 6 ZIP members
Voting has been done for 6 members under total 6 zip area of Tehsil on 21st December. In this areas Masal, Dighori/Mo., Bhagdi, Sarandi (Bu), Pimpalgaon/Co. and includes the Moharna zip area. During this, 73.38 percent polling was held under 6 zip areas of the tehsil.
12 members elected under puns
There are total 12 Pans area under Pans in local Lakhandur Tehsil. These areas include Masal, Mandhal, Jaitpur, Dighori/Mo., Sarandi (Bu), Virli (Bu), Bhagdi, Barwa, Pimpalgaon/Co., Soni, Moharna and Kudegaon etc. areas. However, voting was held on December 21 last under a total of 9 out of these areas.
Whereas under the remaining 3 constituencies, voting was done on 18 January. Under which the winning members will be declared during the counting of votes on January 19 for a total of 12 members of the pans.
Election for 17 civil servants under NP
There are total 17 divisions in the local Lakhandur NP. Out of which the voting process has been completed in 13 divisions on 21st December. Whereas on January 18, the voting process has been completed under the remaining 4 divisions. According to this process, the counting of votes will be done on January 19. Under which 17 newly elected corporators of 17 divisions of NP will be elected.

Counting of votes is being held on January 19 for a total of 35 seats under the NP, Zip and Puns elections. During this, citizens belonging to various political parties and independent candidates are competing for electoral victory.
