Khemzai is one such village in Warora taluka where elections have been held uncontested. Many public and innovative activities have been successfully implemented in this village. Therefore, the attitude of the people towards this village is in the form of entrepreneurial. The Baba Kartabshah hill in the boundary of the village is at a distance of 4 km under the boundary of this village and there was a footpath to reach here.
Here there is a place of worship for the people of the village and the surrounding area. School students used to visit this place. In recent times, due to the increase in the means of transport, the number of pedestrians has remained negligible. Due to the fear of forest and wild animals, going towards the hill stopped, due to which the new generation did not know that the hill was near their village.

The Gram Panchayat and Gurudev Seva Mandal took this matter into consideration and decided to develop this place as a tourist destination. Out of the four km road leading to the hill, two km road was constructed with the funds of MP and then MLA Balu Dhanorkar. To complete the remaining two km long route, Mahashramdan was organized on 23 February on Sant Gadge Maharaj Jayanti. In which 24 women savings groups of Umaid and Mavim, various organizations, youths, citizens participated in large numbers.
In the work of preparing the road, under the leadership of Tejaswini Village Sangh under the Umaid campaign, the work was distributed to every group and they were instructed to complete it. In this work, more than 500 women and citizens participated in large numbers, they are being appreciated. After the road was prepared with Jan Sahayag, the hand pump was inaugurated near Tekdi.
