The suspect accused of murdering a freshman on the Salem State University males’s basketball staff early Wednesday is being held with out bail.
Missael Peña Canela, 18, of Salem, pleaded not responsible to taking pictures and killing Carl-Hens Beliard throughout an arraignment at Salem District Court Thursday.
