Gadchiroli, Regarding its various pending demands, the State Government, Non-Government, Non-Teacher-Educational Class IV Employees Coordination Committee, Gadchiroli has launched a day-wide symbolic strike on 23rd and 24th February. A memorandum of this reference has been presented to the Chief Minister through the District Magistrate under the leadership of Umeshchandra Chilbule, National Vice President of All India State Government Employees Federation and State President of Mara Zip Employees Federation.
The priority of the government for the last two years was only to stop the corona outbreak. Due to which the employee-teacher organization did not show any aggression during this period and gave 100 percent cooperation to the government. Due to which it is necessary to give a positive thought to the pending demands of the employees-teachers by the state government during the period to improve the concentrated situation of the state. The new contributory pension policy was implemented in the state from 2005. This pension scheme is unfair to the employees.
So that the old pension scheme should be implemented to all, the employees under contract and various schemes should be regularized their service by giving them salary etc. The government should complete the process of reference to accept these demands, it is the eyes of 17 lakh staff teachers of the state, the organization has said in the memorandum.
While handing over the memorandum to the District Magistrate, District President of State Government Employees Intermediate Organization Sunil Chadgulwar, Sarchitnis Bhaskar Meshram, District President of Mara Zip Employees Federation Ratan Shende, Sarchitnis Dudharam Rohankar, Secretary of State Government Class IV Employees Organization Kishore Sontakke, District of Zip Class IV Employees Organization President Gajanan Thackeray, Secretary Raju Rechankar, President of Headquarter Branch of Zip clerical organization Dhananjay Dumpattiwar, Sachin Mandavgde, Sarang Gaikwad, Ashish Sorte were present.
