- The exploits of the Marketing Federation
Armory, Paddy of farmers is being purchased by registering online at the center of the marketing federation in the district. But since the last date of purchase of paddy is January 31, the District Marketing Federation office, without directly considering the problems of any organization, sending the message of the same date for the sale of paddy to the first and last registered farmers has created a ruckus at the procurement center. .
A day at most 30 tractors of paddy are purchased by farmers at the center of Armori’s buying and selling organization. With the message of only one date, on January 24, more farmers filled tractors and brought paddy for sale at this center. Which caused an uproar. Due to the uproar of the farmers, there was a need to stop the purchase for some period.
In this uproar, some farmers took help of Dilip Ghodam, Secretary of the District Tribal Congress. Dilip Ghodam visited the center to get the problem, the farmers came to the fore to see no fault of theirs. The entire fault lies with the district marketing officers. If the message had been sent according to the sequence, then the buyer organization and the farmers also would not have to face the problem. Due to this matter, the farmers expressed their anger on the functioning of the marketing officer.
…otherwise there will be intense agitation
Last year the goods were kept in Godown for 12 months. But by accepting his rent for only 2 months, even the Godown owner is not ready to give Godavoon. And the Godown house is full due to not picking up paddy for milling even after 2 months of purchase of the current year. The administration should pay attention to this and immediately solve the problems of the farmers and manage the paddy of the registered farmers, otherwise the farmers under the leadership of Dilip Ghodam have given a memorandum to the District Magistrate, warning of intensifying agitation in front of the District Marketing Office.
The government’s paddy procurement period is ending on January 31. By which sending messages to all the farmers of the district informed them to take paddy to the centre.
