Mumbai. Where on the one hand, due to the increasing speed of Corona, the Delhi government has decided to close all the schools and colleges again. At the same time, it is also expected that like Delhi, now in Maharashtra too, a decision can be taken to close the schools. Although the administration has not given any information in this regard, but it is also possible that Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray himself may organize a meeting soon to assess the situation.
It is to be known that Maharashtra Education Minister Varsha Gaikwad has also become corona infected at present, after which she has completely isolated herself. He gave this information through his Twitter handle and also asked all the people who came in contact with him to get tested.
I learned today that I tested positive for COVID-19 after first feeling symptoms yesterday evening. My symptoms are relatively mild. I’m fine and have isolated myself. Request those who met me the past few days to take precautions.

Significantly, within just a few weeks, the total number of cases of Omicron in the country has increased to 781. Among the states where Omicron cases have come the most, Delhi and Maharashtra are now again on top. However, the biggest relief was that not a single corona infected has been found in Maharashtra on Tuesday.
However, out of 781 cases, there are 241 people who have either been cured or have gone out of the country at this time. According to the data that came out today i.e. Wednesday morning, 238 cases of Omicron have been reported in Delhi so far. Whereas in Maharashtra, 167 Omicron cases have been reported so far. At the same time, 73 in Gujarat, 65 in Kerala, 62 in Telangana, 46 in Rajasthan and 34 in Karnataka and 34 in Tamil Nadu have also been reported.
On the other hand, if there is a spike rate, then it was the highest in Mumbai. So far 11,492 patients of COVID-19 are under treatment in Maharashtra. Here the recovery rate from infection is 97.65% while the death rate remains 2.12%.
