In a bulletin issued by the Health Department, it was said that so far a total of 66,52,166 cases of infection have been reported and 1,41,375 patients have died due to COVID-19. Apart from this, 953 people have returned home after getting corona free. Let us inform that at present 7,350 patients of COVID are under treatment in the state.
It is noteworthy that today no new case of new variant of the virus Omicron has been reported in the state. Earlier on Tuesday, 11 new cases of infection from Omicron were reported in Maharashtra. After which the cases of infection with this form of virus have increased to 65.
