The SIT had also recommended the addition of sections 326 (willful causing hurt by dangerous weapons), 34 (acts by several persons with common intention) and sections 3/25/30 of the Arms Act in the warrants of the 13 accused in the case.

Yadav told ‘Bhasha’, “Chief Judicial Magistrate Chinta Ram allowed the special investigators to add sections 307, 326 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3/25/25 of the Arms Act against the 13 accused in trial number 219. . “After hearing the arguments of the prosecution and defense lawyers, the Chief Judicial Magistrate on Tuesday also allowed the removal of sections 279, 338 and 304-A from the trial,” he said.
All the 13 accused in the case number 219 in the Tikoniya violence case were produced in the court on Tuesday.
