recreated crime scene
Both the killers of Kishan were taken to the spot on Saturday to recreate the crime scene. From where the police have recovered a pistol and a bike. Meanwhile, Gujarat ATS on Sunday detained Maulana Qamar Gani Usmani from Delhi in this case. Usmani has been accused of abetting Kishan’s killer Shabbir. Shabbir had contacted Maulana Qamar Gani Usmani after hearing his speech. Please tell that Qamar Gani Usmani is associated with TFI (Tehreek Farog-e-Islam). He was also arrested in connection with the Tripura riots last year.
What is the matter?
On January 6, Kishan Bharwad shared a post on Facebook, following which some members of the Muslim community filed an FIR alleging that it had hurt their sentiments. At the same time, on January 25, two bike riders Shabbir and Imtiaz allegedly shot Kishan to death.
During investigation, Gujarat ATS found that the accused had met Qamar Gani in Mumbai. In the meeting, Qamar Gani told the accused that if anyone speaks against their religion, then that person should be eliminated. This is the reason why investigators believe that Kishan Bharwad was murdered by both the accused on the instructions of Qamar Gani.
