Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir Director General of Police Dilbag Singh said on Friday that a total of 182 terrorists, including 44 top terrorists, were killed in the state in 2021 in 100 successful operations.

He also said that this year 134 youths had joined terrorist organizations in the Union Territory, out of which 72 were killed and 22 were arrested. “Infiltration incidents have come down this year, only 34 terrorists were able to infiltrate. Apart from this, nine Jaish-e-Mohammed terrorists involved in the attack on a police bus at Pantha Chowk were killed in the last 24 hours.
