Amravati. The matter of planning fund for development of pilgrimage sites and other construction works of the district will be heard on Tuesday, December 14. On Wednesday, ZIP President Bablu Deshmukh, Standing Committee member Ravindra Munde requested inclusion in the petition.
Order wise objection in zip planning
The Zilla Parishad violated the order wise while selecting more than 85 works costing Rs 125 crore. Due to which the request has been made in the petition to take action against the guilty officials-officers. This petition has been filed by Shyam Masram, Prahar zip member of Achalpur tehsil.
On which the Divisional Commissioner issued a stay on December 1 and gave a period till December 8 to the concerned officers to express their opinion. According to this period, on Wednesday, Additional Executive Chief Officer in-charge of Zip Shriram Kulkarni and Executive Engineer of Construction Works Department Vijay Wath along with their colleagues attended the commissioner’s room. On his behalf, Ed. Shrikant Khorgade cross-examined.
Presented such a question as to how to cross-examine the timely receipt of documents as per the demand of the petitioner. Which urged him to proceed further. On which Divisional Commissioner Piyush Singh has fixed the date of Tuesday 14 December.
Officers’ Petition
Meanwhile, on behalf of Zip President Bablu Deshmukh, Ed. On behalf of Vivek Kale and Standing Committee member Ravindra Munde, Ed. Dheeraj Aware submitted an application and requested to include us in this matter also. Considering this petition admissible, the commissioner has appealed to give him an opportunity to express his opinion. Earlier, petitioner Shyam Masram’s lawyer Ed. Rahul Satpute raised the question as to why there was a delay in providing the documents to the CEO. JIP recently distributed funds of more than 100 crores for road repair and development of pilgrimage area, but while doing so, the petition was alleged to have violated the priority.
