Yavatmal, This time in Yavatmal district, there was relief among the farmers due to the good price after Diwali for the soybean taken during Kharif crop, but now the farmers are worried due to the reduction of about Rs 500 to 600 per quintal in the last one week. At present, there is no guarantee regarding the fall and rise in soybean prices.
In the last 15 days, the price has been stable in the market mandis from 6200 to 6500 rupees per quintal for the last three days. But seeing the status of soybean, traders are fixing the price of soybean during the auction.
Let us tell you that after Diwali, the farmers were happy with the increase in the price of soybean by Rs 7 thousand per quintal. Due to which the arrival of soybean in the market markets has increased in a big way. In one and a half months, the price of soybean had increased by about Rs. 2 thousand per quintal.
After Diwali, farmers had brought soybeans kept in their homes in the market due to the continuous increase in this price, but now these prices are decreasing. After the soaring prices in the markets and confusion over the decision of the central government to import soybeans and soya pend from abroad, farmers are now worried about the prices of soybeans.
Soybean rates increased after Diwali due to ban on export of soyapend from abroad, but now the prices have stabilized due to more arrivals. At present, it is not getting a price of Rs. 7 thousand per quintal anywhere in the district. The price of soybean is stable in the last one week, while the farmers are getting the price in the mandis due to the need of money for agricultural work, on the same lines. Farmers are busy selling their soybean stock.
Meanwhile, according to the information being given by the Agriculture Department, at present, soybean will be needed for the use of soya substances, oil and other substances in the market, in addition to this, sowing of soybean will increase for the next Kharif crop, for this seeds will be needed, In such a situation, due to increase in soybean arrivals in the market markets, the prices will not decrease much, but it will be stable, if the government remains adamant on not exporting soya pen, then its prices will not fall more than this, due to which farmers will not suffer much.
