Chikhaldara. The arbitrariness of the administrator has come to the fore in the resident blind school run by the National Disabled Welfare Organization KNOF. In which teachers and other employees are being called on duty even on government holidays, while orders have been issued not to keep students in resident schools.
Workers also called in national mourning
According to the information, Tughlaqi decrees are being imposed on the rest of the employees by the Principal Makrand Bakshi, in-charge of the resident superannuation, in which they have to come to work even on holidays, due to which mental and financial pressure is increasing on many employees. It may be noted that after the weekly holiday on Sunday, a two-day national mourning was declared by the Central Government after the death of Bharat Ratna Late Lata Mangeshkar on the same day. Due to which the state government declared a government holiday on Monday as well, but without giving any information in this regard by the principal of the school, all the personnel were called on duty.
In which most of the personnel had to come here from Paratwada-Amravati and be present immediately. Due to which anger is being seen among the employees of the blind school. Giving information to some journalists, he said that even on holidays like Parsi New Year, Gadge Maharaj’s death anniversary, work is being done due to the arbitrariness of the principal. The employees have demanded from the Board of Directors that by taking action against the headmaster, justice should be given to him.
All the employees were aware of the national mourning and the holiday of Monday and they themselves reached the school with enthusiasm, in this no one had pressured them to come, all the teachers and other staff have been organized due to the sudden arrival! – Makarand Bakshi, Principal in-charge of blind school Chikhaldara.
