Windows 365: Availability
Windows 365 will be available from August 2. And it will be present for all entities in general. It can be used on any device, including Mac, iPad, Linux or Android based. Windows 365: Features
Announcing Windows 365, it has been written in the post that it keeps Microsoft’s flagship operating system in the cloud. Explaining how it will work, it says that once it is generally available, users will be able to choose from Windows 10 or Windows 11 and choose the variant of processing power, storage and memory as per their requirement. They will be able to access their Cloud PC on any device through the given application or web browser. It can be accessed from any place with an internet connection.
This means that only an Internet connection is needed to access Microsoft’s OS. The important thing in this is that with this, users will get the security of traditional Windows only. And they’ll be able to get the same look and feel of the OS from any device of their choice. It appears to be an extension of Office 365, allowing Microsoft Office apps such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc. to be accessed via the web. However, with this the entire Windows can be accessed on other devices as well. The advantage of having all Windows on the cloud is that switching between devices will not make any difference in performance.
