BJP targets Congress
BJP leader Amit Malviya has targeted the Congress party. He tweeted, “On the anniversary of the surgical strike, the Congress party is accepting Kanhaiya Kumar and Jignesh Mevani of ‘Bharat Tere Tukde Honge’. It can’t just be a coincidence. It has been an old habit of the Congress to join hands with those who have broken India.
On the anniversary of surgical strike, Congress to admit Kanhaiya Kumar and Jignesh Mewani of “Bharat tere tukde honge” fame.
This can’t be a mere coincidence.
Joining hands with “Breaking India” forces is now Congress’s raison d’être.

Congress leader Manish Tewari raised questions
Senior Congress leader Manish Tewari has taken a jibe at his own party amid the possibility of Kanhaiya Kumar, former president of Jawaharlal Nehru University Students’ Union, joining the party. On Tuesday, he took a jibe at his party, tweeting, “There are speculations of some communist leaders joining the Congress. Now perhaps the pages of the 1973 book ‘Communists in Congress’ may be turned again. It seems that the more things change, the more they remain the same. I read it again today.” ‘Communists in Congress’ is a book by Kumaramangalam, a communist thinker.
As Speculation abounds about certain Communist leaders joining @INCIndia it perhaps may be instructive to revisit a 1973 book ‘ Communists in Congress’ Kumarmanglam Thesis. The more things change the more they perhaps remain the same.
I re-read it todayhttps://t.co/iMSK8RqEiA— Manish Tewari (@ManishTewari) September 28, 2021
