Coronavirus Cases in India: Corona virus is once again starting to scare the country. The number of new patients has been increasing rapidly in the last 5 days. At the same time, the number of active cases has increased by more than 85 percent in 1 month. Talking about the last 24 hours, a total of 39,643 new cases have been reported across the country. This is the highest since 28 November 2020. At the same time, 155 new deaths have taken place in 1 day. Maharashtra is the most affected state, where 25,833 new cases have been registered in a single day. Due to fear of Corona, many restrictions have started to be imposed at the state levels. The bus service between Maharashtra and Madhya Pradesh has been temporarily stopped. Night curfew has been imposed in some cities, Section 144 has been imposed.
Coronavirus status in India
Talking about India, 39,643 new cases of coronavirus have come and 155 deaths have occurred in the last 24 hours. In this way, the total cases of corona virus in the country has increased to 11,513,945 and so far a total of 159,405 patients have died. There are 11,081,508 total case cases, so far the active cases are 273,032. In the last 1 month, active cases have increased by more than 85 percent. Before this, the highest day of this year was seen in 35,838 cases a day ago.
Maharashtra most affected
Corona virus is getting the most havoc in Maharashtra. In the last 24 hours, 25,833 COVID-19 patients have been found in the state. At the same time, 58 patients have died during this period. With this, the total number of cases in the state has gone up to 25,96,340. There were 4,965 new cases in Pune while 31 people died. 2,877 new cases have been registered in Mumbai on Thursday. On Thursday, 1,276 new cases of Corona virus infection were reported on Thursday, after which the total cases have increased to 2,82,449.
Delhi’s condition
Corona cases are also increasing rapidly in the capital Delhi. In the last 24 hours, 607 new cases were registered in Delhi, which is the highest since 6 January 2021. On 1 March, 175 cases of COVID 19 were reported in Delhi. This means that the rate of earning of patients has been more than 3 times this month. The infection rate of Delhi on March 1 was 0.44 percent, which has reached 0.76 percent on March 18.
Buses closed between Madhya Pradesh and Maharashtra
In view of the spurt in cases of coronavirus infection in Maharashtra, the Madhya Pradesh government has stopped the movement of passenger buses going to and from Maharashtra from March 20. These buses have been temporarily closed till 31 March. At the same time, night curfew has been imposed in some cities in Punjab amidst increasing cases of corona.
