Mumbai. A jump in the graph of Corona has been registered in Maharashtra on Saturday. According to the bulletin issued by the Health Department, 27,971 new cases of corona have been reported in the state in the last 24 hours. While 61 infected have died. At the same time, 85 new infections of Omicron have been found in the state. With this, the number of active patients has come down to 2,44,344.
According to the Health Department, after the death of 27,971 new cases and 61 patients in the state, the number of infected has reached 76,83,525. At the same time, the death toll has gone up to 1,42,522. Apart from this, the number of people recovering after 50,142 people became corona free has increased to 72,92,791.

At present, the number of active patients in the state has come down to 2,44,344. At the same time, 11,49,182 corona patients are in home quarantine and 3,375 in institutional quarantine. The recovery rate in the state was recorded at 94.91% and the death rate at 1.85% today.
