All class 9th to 12th classes in all Municipal Councils/Nagar Panchayats and all rural medium and all management schools (except residential schools and ashram schools) will be started from 31st January.

It has been said in the order that vaccination of school teachers and teaching staff in the district will be mandatory. From 1st February, classes can be started for actual study-teaching by strictly following all the instructions regarding COVID-19 from class 9th to 12th. But in this class it will be necessary to get consent letter from the parents of the students. The school management will have to ensure that online teaching and learning activities are resumed for those who have not received the consent form.

Health, hygiene and other safety measures have to be ensured before starting school. Provide hand washing facility in schools, availability of essential items like thermometer, disinfectant, soap and water etc., local administration (rural and urban) to ensure cleanliness of the school, keeping infrared digital thermometer, schools where transport facility is used They will have to disinfect the vehicles from time to time for the safety of the students, all the teacher and non-teaching staff of the school will have to test the RTPCR for 48 hours before COVID-19 and submit the test certificate to the school management.
