Our investigation is going on at a very fast pace. We are finding out who is responsible for his death. A 25-year-old man was arrested on charges of kidnapping and theft of a motor vehicle by officers in the area of Brighton Road before he was arrested on suspicion of murder following the death of 47-year-old Parmar.
