Lucknow. The Jan Vishwas Yatra of the BJP started on Sunday from all 403 assembly constituencies of the state as part of the campaign to regain power in the assembly elections in Uttar Pradesh. He said that the purpose of this yatra, which is progressing through six regions of the state, is to take the achievements of the government to the people and gain the trust of the common man.
Srivastava said that these yatras will end between December 31 and January 3 in different areas. The Congress party, on the other hand, reacted to the visits, saying that the BJP has already conceded its defeat before the 2022 assembly elections and it is a futile exercise. Congress’ Uttar Pradesh unit spokesperson Ashok Singh told PTI on Monday, “In the last four-and-a-half years, the Yogi Adityanath-led Uttar Pradesh government did nothing for the people of the state. The BJP has already conceded defeat before the upcoming 2022 assembly elections.”

According to Srivastava, the journey that started from Ambedkar Nagar will end on January 2 at Kakori, Lucknow. The journey that started from Mathura Dham will end on December 31 in Bareilly. The journey that started from Bijnor will end at Rampur on January 1. According to the party, the journey which started from Jhansi will end on January 2 at Bithoor in Kanpur. The journey from Ballia will end on January 3 at Basti. The Jan Vishwas Yatra from Ghazipur will end in Amethi on January 3.(Agency)
